Effective in January, 2013 the following archives were changed to county archives: Allison-Clarksville are now Butler County; Belmond and Clarion are now Wright County; Charles City is now Floyd County; Cresco is now Howard County; Forest City joined with Buffalo Center are now Winnebago County; Garner joined together with Britt and Kanawha are now Hancock County; Hampton along with Sheffield are now Franklin County; Iowa Falls now Hardin County**; New Hampton is now Chickasaw County; Northwood is now Worth County; Osage/St. Ansgar is now Mitchell County.  **tentatively scheduled to be discontinued sometime during the First Quarter of 2013. |
