GLENDALE, Ariz. —Harper Grace Putz, 21 months, of Glendale, Ariz. passed away peacefully Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at home, surrounded by her loving family.

Harper Grace was born on March 13, 2011, to Lance and Rachel (Rosenberg) Putz in Scottsdale, Ariz. She was baptized at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Grafton. Harper was diagnosed with a rare metabolic disorder, Molybdenum Cofactor Deficiency, at three months.

Harper was full of beauty and determination. In her short journey she touched many people and will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Harper is survived by her loving parents, Lance and Rachel Putz, and her very proud big sister, Olivia; her maternal grandparents, Marlin and Connie Rosenberg, St. Ansgar; her paternal grandparents, Richard and Doris Putz, Glendale, Ariz.; uncles and aunt, Josh & Anna Rosenberg and Zach Rosenberg; cousins, Madelynn Rosenberg and Leighton Rosenberg; great aunt, Patricia Rosenberg, Waterloo; aunts, uncles and cousins in Arizona and California; along with many special friends, hospice staff, nurses and therapists in Phoenix, Ariz.

She is now in heaven with her great-grandfather, Don Anderson, and great-grandparents, Elmer & Pearl Rosenberg.

A Celebration of Life for Harper will be held Sunday, Jan. 13, at 3 p.m. at Phoenix Memorial Park, Phoenix, Ariz. A memorial service will be held in Iowa at a later date.
