William (Bill) Pearson, age 55, died July 7, 2013.
Bill was a resident of Peoria, Ill., for 27 years. Bill graduated from Mason City High School in 1975, attended North Iowa Area Community College, and worked as a draftsman before moving to Peoria where he worked as a photographer.
Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Violette Thompson-Rickerl.
He is survived by his father, Arnie Pearson and Mary Pearson of Mason City, sister Ellen Olson of Ames, sister Jeanne Carls of Coon Rapids, Minn., two nephews and two nieces.
A memorial service gathering will be held on Friday, July 26, 10:30 a.m. at the Kentucky Ridge Assisted Living Chapel, 2060 Kentucky Avenue South, Mason City.
