Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at 11:30 AM at Calvary Cemetery, in Algona.
Jean Marie Less was born May 5, 1942, in Algona. She died at her home in Spencer on August 30, 2013 surrounded by her loving family.
She was preceded in death by her wonderful mother, Dorothy I. (Wagner) Baker; her father, Darwin Baker; her two younger brothers, Mark and Johnny Baker.
Surviving her death was her daughter, Sheryl (Jerry) Gammell and her children Michael and Shaina of Naples, FL; her son Bill Less Jr. of Spencer; 17 brothers and sisters, Charles (Maureen) Baker of Spencer, Mary Donahue of Naples, FL, Sharon (John) Huges of Naples, FL, Linda Dyer of Mesa, AZ, Darla Ward of Mason City, Phillip Baker of Mason City, Darwin (Janie) Baker of Naples, FL, Deborah (Mark) Wiebrand of Mason City, James Baker of Mason City, Kim Hauan of Estherville, David Baker of Mason City, Scott Baker of Mason City, Patty (Rob) Roof of Mason City, Dean Baker of Dougherty, Larry (Dee) Johnson of Algona, Leona Baker of Mesa, AZ, and Dara Baker of Mesa, AZ; as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
Jean was the best mom and sister in the world. We will all miss her loving, kind, giving, and unselfish heart and sweet spirit. We loved her so.
