Mildred K. Wheeler, 99, of Waverly, Iowa and formerly from Mason City and Charles City passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at the Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community in Waverly.
Mildred Katherine Wheeler was born on April 14, 1913, the daughter of Jacob and Clara (Robinson) Hawbaker in Dallas Center, Iowa. She graduated from Dallas Center high school. She was united in marriage to Richard Bever, he passed away and she was later united in marriage to Glen Wheeler.
She was a former member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Charles City.
Survivors are her four sons, Steve (Laura) Wheeler of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Joe Bever of Ventura, California, Robert (Theresa) Bever of Hemet, California and Roy (Sondra) Bever of The Villages, Florida; and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two husbands, Richard Bever and Glen Wheeler.
