Debra Ann (Cox) Mikels (also known by friends and family as “Shy”) was born November 25, 1959 in Moline, IL, the daughter of James and Margret (Kalk) Cox.
She is survived by “the love of her life” Rich; siblings; four loving children; and her two chihuahuas, Teddy Bear and Boots.
