ROWAN | Richard Lee Norris, 78, of Rowan died Sunday, March 23, 2014, at the Rehabilitation Center of Belmond.
Funeral services will be Friday, March 28, at Graceland Cemetery near Rowan.
There will be a brief gathering of family at 2 p.m. Friday, at Dugger Funeral Home, 111 Luick’s Lane S., in Belmond before proceeding to the cemetery.
Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
