Gesina C. Brinkman Schneiderman Jungling, 93, of Allison, Iowa, passed away Monday, January 27, 2014, at the Rehabilitation Center of Allison in Allison, Iowa. She was born on March 24, 1920, in East Frisia, Germany, to William and Alma (Kampman) Eilers. Gesina attended rural Butler County schools. She was married to Chris Brinkman in 1941, he preceded her in death; she married William Schneiderman in 1963, he also preceded her in death and she then married Henry Jungling in 1989, he also preceded her in death. Gesina was a homemaker and worked for the ASC office in Allison for many years. She was an active member of St. James Lutheran Church in Allison, where she sang in the choir for over thirty years, taught Sunday school, taught Adult Sunday Classes and lead Bible study. She was involved with the community of Allison and was active in the Legion Auxiliary, where she was passed President. Gesina was on the Butler County Red Cross board, Allison Cancer Society Board and the Allison Library Board. She is survived by her two sons Mark (Linda) Brinkman of Janesville and Darrel (Janell) Brinkman of Hampton, granddaughter Michelle Lehr of Waterloo and her daughter Shelby Lehr, grandson Kris Brinkman of Waverly, granddaughter Sara Mullinix of Hazleton and her children Dawson Mullinix, Lillian Folsom and Jameson Folsom, sisters Alma (Lester) Bettenga of Clarksville, Grace Arends of Janesville, Margareta March of Oelwein and Adeline Johnson of Clarksville, sister-in-laws Barbara Eilers of Allison, Betty Eilers of Webster City and Georgia Eilers of Clarksville, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Gesina was preceded in death by her parents William and Alma, husbands Chris, William and Henry, brothers Chris Eilers, William Eilers, George Eilers and Edward Eilers.

Burial will take place in the Allison Cemetery.
